In 2017 the US Navy football team unveiled its uniforms for the annual Army vs Navy game. The uniforms pay tribute to the US Navy’s Flight Team, the Blue Angels. Frechette designed each helmet to show the classic Delta Formation flight pattern. As an added bonus, the helmets’ neck bumpers feature “Blue Angels” in cursive.
